We want you to feel at ease when calling for your free consultation. It is important that we get to know each other to determine if we are a fit to continue the coaching process. During the first session, We will take time to introduce you to the Life Coaching process and set your expectations toward our future meetings. Most of the time will be spent listening to you so that we can get to know you, your life goals and your concerns.
